4 - Workshop assembly

The entire manufacturing process takes place in our workshop in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Each piece is made by our upholstery craftsmen, using materials validated beforehand and techniques adapted to the project.

The manufacturing lead time is defined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and volume of the project, material supply constraints and the site schedule. It is specified in the quotation and discussed with the specifier or customer to fit in with the overall planning for the operation.

Each part is subject to quality control before dispatch: dimensions, finishes, compliance with specifications in the quotation. For ERP orders, compliance documents (PV Feu M1, mechanism data sheets) are prepared at this stage.
