The custom-made bench is one of the most architecturally significant pieces of upholstered furniture. Whether fixed or removable, it structures the space, creates zones, defines functions—and blends seamlessly into the design when well-conceived. Each bench is crafted in our workshop, from the frame to the upholstery, according to its intended use, the dimensions of the space, and specific requirements.

The fixed bench is the most demanding. It integrates into the space—niches, alcoves, corners, curved shapes—and defines it as much as it furnishes it. Designed from the planning phase onward, its solid wood frame is built to last. The padding—high-resilience foam, wadding, springs—is tailored to comfort and use: hospitality, dining, residential.

The removable bench offers valuable flexibility in evolving spaces. It follows the same rigorous manufacturing standards but incorporates specific constraints—movement, repositioning, stacking. The frame, legs, and upholstery are designed to withstand use without warping.

The choice of fabric is also an aesthetic choice. Velvet, bouclé, leather, technical fabric—each material says something about the space. We work with specified fabrics or assist with selection in the showroom. For public access buildings, M1 compliance is guaranteed with the provision of test reports.
